2nd Annual Women in Business and Leadership Summit 2015

GLEEHD Foundation and The Dream Center is delighted to present the 2nd Annual Women in Business and Leadership Summit 2015. This year’s Annual Women in Business and Leadership Summit will offer an inspiring, learning and networking platform. The event aims to provide existing and emerging female leaders with the strategies and skills required to excel in their business, careers, social life, family and faith.
The summit is a leadership development and networking platform designed to explore effective leadership strategies, share inspirational stories and provide critical tools for women’s leadership success; bringing together some of the World’s most successful women leaders to address prominent workplace, leadership and family issues and share inspirational journeys. Specially designed for experienced women leaders, aspiring “next generation” leaders and entrepreneurs, this summit aims to empower women leaders and accelerate diversity in today’s society.

Bringing together women from various backgrounds, career paths, geographic areas and ethnic groups, our purpose is to empower our attendees by creating a community dedicated to helping each other build and enhance amazing careers.
The summit bridges the gap between women leaders of the 21st century and the millennials who admire them, by shaking up the women's leadership arena and producing accessible events for mid-level and emerging women leaders. Our hope is that the mentoring session, will inspire all of these remarkable young ladies attending to be among the next generation of most powerful women.
This year's theme – Building Greatness - celebrates strides already made by women in leadership across industries and recognizes how empowering the next generation of women leaders is essential for to building a great society. While celebrating women who have built greatness, the event also aims to inspire and equip participant with skills needed to build greatness in their family, career, faith and society.
The three day conference would connect people to their next mentor, friend, client or employee.
Whether a professional in the workplace, a business owner, a female politician, a young lady in the entertainment sector or simply a woman aspiring to improve herself, participants will find a variety of plenary sessions to choose from featuring speakers from across different sectors.
The Summit would bring together women from across West Africa for networking, business growth opportunities, expansion, personal development, professional focus, and of course…. fun!
The event would also feature a Women of the Future Forum – a special session for young and emerging women on the frontline addressing what a next generation women leader needs to be.
We know that by leveraging women’s talents and resources we strengthen the individual as well as the collective.
The Summit would further provide a platform for Experts to share tested strategies and diverse perspectives on gender equality in the business world and how women in the workplace can harness their strengths, elevate their leadership skills, and advance their careers.
